Italy forward Antonio Cassano (left) was on the scoresheet as Serie A champions Milan edged past Swedish side Malmo 3-2 on penalties after their friendly ended 2-2 yesterday. Milan opened the scoring thanks to Cassano on 26 minutes but Malmo hit two goals either side of half-time to go 2-1 up. In the dying minutes, Cassano set up young Kingsley Boateng for Milan’s equaliser. The Rossoneri prevailed 3-2 in the penalty shoot-out.
