Mifsud won two races – at Mrieħel Bypass and il-Miżieb – and he was runner-up in another time-trial race at the Coast Road.

Two cyclists from Agones SFc finished second and third in the final classification as Mark Bonnici accumulated 435 points and Steve Sciberras 415.

Marie Claire Aquilina, of The Cyclist CC, made sure of another title in her repertoire after topping the standings with 575 points.

Like Mifsud, she also won two races – at the Coast Road and Mrieħel Bypass – besides a runner-up spot at the race in Miżieb.

The promising Marion Pullicino, of Agones SFc, was second overall with 550 points, ahead of Gozitan Felicienne Mercieca who took third place with 310 points.

Mosta AF Sign Studio CC’s Kurt Muscat won the Junior Cham-pionship.

He finished the time-trial season with a total of 575 points ahead of Isaac Spiteri, of Agones SFc (450) and Gozo Greyhound’s Brandon Sultana (375).

The championships for U-15s were both claimed by Mosta AF Sign Studio CC riders – Veronique Pace Asciak and Julian Gauci.

In the Masters categories, the 40+ section winner was Michael Camilleri (Team Greens) and the 50+ title went to Nicky Farrugia (Mosta AF Sign Studio).
