Middlesea Insurance has launched enhancements to its motor and home insurance products. The Middlesea motor and home insurance policies now include assistance services to deal with emergency situations.

Existing and new customers can now benefit from roadside and home assistance on 24/7 basis

Existing and new customers can now benefit from roadside and home assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week and enjoy more peace of mind through the support of a 24/7 call centre and a network of service providers.

The roadside assistance services include repair on the spot following mechanical or electrical breakdown, battery boost and flat tyre assistance, towing of motor vehicle following a breakdown or accident, second delivery service, fuel delivery and locksmith service.

This service is available to both motor comprehensive policy holders and non-comprehensive policy holders. The latter have the possibility to upgrade assistance and breakdown cover in-line with comprehensive policy holders.

The Middlesea home insurance policy which provides cover on buildings and contents on an accidental damage basis as standard now also includes emergency assistance services related to water leakages, failure of electrical supply, loss of keys and breakage of windows. Middlesea’s service providers will be sent to the customer’s home to deal with an emergency situation any time of day, any day of the week.
