Last November 14, during his daily homily at St Martha’s chapel at the Vatican, Pope Francis said:

“Our Lady is our Mother. She loves us all. But she is not a head of the post office to send messages every day. These messages draw us away from the Gospel, they divert us from the Holy Spirit, move us away from peace and wisdom, from the glory of God and from the beauty of God.”

Willy-nilly, when I read these words my mind fell on the Medjugorje apparitions where it is alleged that Our Lady is giving a message every day and has been doing so since 1981. According to Pope Francis, Our Lady does not send daily messages for the reasons already given.

Therefore, the question that arises can only be: Are the Medjugorje apparitions and their daily messages a fake?
