Now I can understand why the government introduced the pharmacy of your choice. Every time I go to get medicine for two elderly people there is always some kind of pills out of stock, especially warfarin.

But there is always plenty to buy from the same pharmacist. Most elderly people have a meagre pension and cannot afford to buy certain medicines every time their medicines are due.

Worse, the pharmacist refers you back to a government pharmacy when he realises there is nothing to gain.
