The silent city of Mdina will be brought to life this weekend in a mediaeval festival organised by the local council.

Visitors will be treated to re-enactments, mediaeval music and a falconry display among other attractions at the festival, which is being held for the fourth consecutive year. Mediaeval food and drink will also be served, and entrance to museums and other attractions in Mdina will be offered at reduced prices.

Activities on both days start at 10 a.m. and carry on into the evening.
