I have often described the present British government as being a dreadful administration. Now I believed that the Brexit schism would bring Theresa May’s government down and force a new election.
We see the trickle of corruption taking its toll and further heads will roll in the weeks ahead. Yet, another and unexpected reason to predict why the UK will remain within the EU but is served by a new government, which is not tainted by either Brexit deceptions or sexual impropriety.
An unfolding exercise in the rise of moral rectitude that European leaders need to learn from as Europe struggles to combat disintegration. Otherwise, deteriorating moral standards across the board will give much-needed succour to those who pray for the demise of the European experiment.
