Adrian Sciberras was congratulated by The Shoreline’s sales and marketing manager Andrew Gatt, sales assistant Liane Gatt, and administrator Joe Abela, after becoming the 93rd client to enter into a promise of sale agreement for one of the residential apartments of The Shoreline’s Phase I at SmartCity Malta in Kalkara.

Mr Sciberras is the CEO of Business Concepts International plc, whose property arm The General Properties Company Ltd has signed a number of promise of sale agreements, signifying their strong commitment to this project.

He is among the first 100 clients to have reserved apartments in the €200 million mixed-use development that will be enjoying spectacular views, beautifully landscaped open spaces and an assortment of community amenities within walking distance.

Ninety-three promise of sale agreements have been signed to date for The Shoreline’s Phase I, with the remaining preliminary agreements to be signed in the coming weeks.

“Phase I has attracted a mix of buyers, from investors and buy-to-let clients to end-users, and a good response for The Shoreline’s Phase II seaview apartments, launched two weeks ago, is being received. We can say that 60 per cent of the buyers are Maltese, showing that the market is strongly confirming its belief in the potential of The Shoreline,” said Mr Gatt.

A thriving and dynamic development in a great location, The Shoreline offers a variety of luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, all finished to exacting standards and  having their own underground parking facilities.
