Ryan Chetcuti (pictured), one of the three finalists representing Malta in the Cisco NetRiders 2013 competition, placed first, beating students from Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

Mr Chetcuti was declared a Maltese ambassador for the competition following the local rounds held last May, hosted by ICE Malta, where he placed first, with Reuben David Spiteri and Iommi Underwood placing second and third respectively. Mr Chetcuti won an all expense paid study trip to Cisco California together with the top 16 students from countries all over the globe.

ICE Malta will be hosting the 2014 edition of the Cisco NetRiders 2014 competition open to students who are embarking on the Cisco study path which includes the PC Technician Course, CCNA and CCNP.
