The White Sheep in Ġzira, which specialises in artisanal produce, has recently launched Jax Coco, a 100 per cent pure coconut water sourced from freshly-cracked coconuts in the Philippines.

The water is micro-filtered and flash-pasteurised to ensure the freshest and smoothest taste. With no added sugar or sweeteners, Jax Coco is packed with essential electrolytes, including magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium. It contains lauric acid, which supports the immune system, removes toxins and increases the digestive tract’s ability to absorb nutrients. Naturally free from fat, gluten, cholesterol and preservatives, it is also low in calories, with 18 to 24 calories per 100ml.

Jax Coco, which can be mixed with vodka, rum and whisky, is the world’s first pure coconut water to be packaged in premium, chic, glass bottles, designed by Stella McCartney’s husband Alasdhair Willis, and already graces the shelves of high-end stores, restaurants, lounges, bars and gyms worldwide.

It is available in 250ml and 720ml glass bottles, as well as in one-litre tetra packs.
