Ernst & Young Malta plans to employ a number of top students and graduates for entry level positions. This large shift in generational demographics has required Ernst & Young to adapt quickly to the changing needs and desires of its people and recruits. The organisation is going into this year’s peak recruitment season with new and creative strategies to connect with potential recruits and with that in mind the Ernst & Young new initiative hopes to appeal to students from many disciplines considering making finance a career.

Ernst & Young is a leading professional services organisation with 152,000 people, across 140 countries. They work closely with organisations to improve how they work, make vital business decisions and explore opportunities. In Malta, Ernst & Young has traditionally recruited accounting graduates. However in the UK and in a number of other countries most of the graduate recruits come from various diverse disciplines.

Ernst and Young recognises that top talent always has options, regardless of the economic conditions and when it comes to job prospects for top students, it’s still a buyer’s market for the best buyers. Ernst & Young are constantly raising their game and thinking about new and innovative ways to connect with these top students.

This Thursday, March 15, 2012, in association with Castille Resources – the Islands’ leading recruitment specialists – Ernst & Young will be holding an information event at the University of Malta open to final year students of all disciplines. Ernst & Young believes there’s no substitute for getting to know their company in person, so make the most of their event on campus. There will be the chance to answer questions and to interact and network with young professionals who have already experienced what life at Ernst & Young is like, and who will be present to share their experiences. It is an ideal opportunity to discover more about Ernst & Young and explore what’s on offer. For students it will also be a chance to discuss recruitment questions with Castille Resources Financial Consultants.

The information session will be held on Thursday, March 15 between 11:15 and 13:00 at Gateway Building D1. Register your interest by logging on to www.castilleresources.com (job reference 2062).
