On April 17, I registered a complaint with Melita customer service about a fault in my Hello phone. I am being charged unjustly whenever I use a particular number which belongs to the same system and should be free of charge.
Since my first report, I kept reminding Melita engineers about the matter. In fact, I registered about seven other reports, each time with a different engineer. Imagine, wasting precious time, waiting, giving my details and explaining myself all over again ad nauseum. Each time they promised to phone me back,but over a month later I am still waiting.
Is this the way to treat customers? I have been a Melita customer for several years so I deserve better service.
I appeal to whoever is responsible to be accountable and to solve this matter without any further delay.
