For the last two months, my neighbour, my sister and I had been continously asking the Safi local council to have the street bulb on top of our farmhouse in St Tumas Street limits of Ħlantun, Safi replaced.

However for one reason or another it has all been in vain, for the bulb would not light up during the night. I got to know a couple of days ago that it was not changed

due to recent bad weather.

It was the joke of the day. No further comments. We are just in dire need for a change.
