Back in June 2010, I congratulated the mayor of Qormi for his disrespect shown to his co-citizens with the failure to provide participants of the feast of St George with the required public toilets.

Since that time, coffins have passed through the storm water channel but these public toilets have remained closed. Actually they have been rebuilt, and soon another floor will be added to them as shown on the permit application.

St George will then continue having a beautiful public toilet building which will remain as new as it can so that our grandchildren will use it as a relic of the Labour-administered local council of Qormi. Unless they consider electing me, as the representative of Alternattiva Demokratika, to the local council. We will then organise an inauguration party to celebrate the historic event: opening the public toilets to the public!
