Atalanta forward Marko Livaja has issued an apology after he punched his team-mate Ivan Radovanovic earlier this week.

The Croatian hit his fellow team-mate Radovanovic after a training ground bust-up and admitted that he should have acted better.

“First of all I want to apologise to the club, the president, the coach and the rest of the squad,” he told the club’s website yesterday.

“I promise, in the future, I will act better both on and off the field.

“I reiterate that I was wrong and I want to apologise.”
