I was hoping that now that we have a new government the lack of blood pressure tablets and many other life-saving pills would be a thing of the past. However, to my disappointment, I’m sorry to say that things have not changed (as yet).

My husband has been without these life-saving tablets for five weeks now and still there is no sign of them being in stock.

When will they learn that it’s much cheaper to hand the pills out then for someone to get treated in hospital for a heart attack?

Not everyone can afford to buy them, especially if you are on an old-age pension.

These life-saving tablets should never be allowed to go out of stock. We had more than enough with these problems under the previous government. I hope that things will start to change for the better under this one.
