Equiom, the international professional services provider has announced the promotion of Chris Cini to legal director in Malta. Previously having held the role of legal counsel, Dr Cini has now joined the Equiom Malta board of directors, taking on greater responsibility for the overall management of the business.

In his new position, Dr Cini will advise on an array of legal matters for the business, while also taking on a more significant role in business development, company strategy and performance. He will lead the legal team at Equiom Malta which provides corporate advice to other teams within Equiom, with a particular focus on yachting and aviation. Dr Cini is also a member of the Equiom Private Office team, a recently launched premier service for private and corporate clients.

“Dr Cini’s promotion comes at a time of tremendous growth and positive change at Equiom Malta,” Equiom Malta managing director Colin Gregory said. “He recently completed an acquisition and a move to a larger office, our team has doubled in size and we are now able to provide a wider range of services to clients. With his legal expertise and subsequent experience, it is the perfect time for him to broaden his responsibilities to help guide us through this period of change and support our clients at a higher level.”
