Lead Training Services is to partner Power of Words UK for the first time to deliver a licensed eight-day course leading to certification as a Business Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner.

Business Neuro Linguistic Programming is a ‘how to’ toolkit to achieve improved success intelligence in business. It encompasses leadership intelligence and emotional intelligence. It is the change of mind frame that promotes successful decisions, adopting strategies that make the difference.

Power of Words’ Kath Temple and Gabrielle Gaché will lead the course that provides the skill-sets of advanced communication and psychological strategies that will enable participants to transform their business and their lives.

“We are all born with amazing software but no manual,” Ms Gaché observed when she was in Malta for the Lead Management Expo 2013 last month. “Three of the most important skills in business today are the ability to truly understand your clients and colleagues, the ability to present your ideas to people and groups and the ability to influence people and outcomes.”

Sessions will be held on June 12 to 15 and June 26 to 29.

Ms Temple has worked with business leaders, entrepreneurs, politicians, celebrities, doctors, head teachers, coaches and therapists in the UK, the US, Holland and, more recently, in China.

Ms Gaché is passionate about creating a safe space for people to have the freedom to explore, reflect and grow in the directions they want, with no judgement.

Participants will become licensed NLP Practitioners and will be invited to become members of the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
