Lead Events unveiled a programme of training services at a Branch Out event last month with the theme The Evolving Role of the HR Professional.

“Given our experience in organising professional conferences and technical workshops, we have a vast pool of speakers who can service this new product range,” Lead Training Services managing director James Grech said. “In partnership with Equinox Advisory, we can advise clients on funding opportunities for the training as and when these opportunities arise.”

Lead Training Services aims to provide effective, practical training services to people within business organisations, government and NGOs to add tangible value to the quality of their work and contribute to the professional development of their members of staff.

The training falls into 14 categories: sales and marketing, customer care, client relationship management, business optimisation, financial management, communication enhancement, business administration, corporate governance, personal development, people management, managing resources, regulatory and compliance, creativity and innovation in business and quality management.

Clients can create their own Silver, Gold and Platinum training and development programme by choosing a mix of three or more training programmes to ensure that their training, which can be delivered either at the client’s premises or at Lead Training Services’ approved training centre.

Lead Training Services have teamed up with Omnicor, an international organisational development company, to offer a Managed Leader Development Programme, a proven way to grow high potential leaders.

Through a bespoke programme, organisational change is combined with unique business needs, group coaching and the science of how behaviour can be changed positively and permanently.
