The Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (SPCA) is overflowing with kittens up for adoption.
Each one has a different coloured coat and temperament and each has a story to tell.
Some were abandoned in skips, on the streets or found in gardens and fields.
Most were very young when found – just five or six weeks old; some were in a dreadful condition, usually they are underweight and poorly.
The SPCA immediately sees to their injuries, infections ordiseases and gives them thenecessary medication.
If you are interested in adopting one of these kittens, contact the SPCA on 2123 0468 or 2123 3431.
The SPCA can be found at St Francis Ravelin, Floriana.
Opening hours are 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and 10.30 a.m. till noon on Saturdays.
All dogs and puppies are neutered, micro-chipped, inoculated and health checked before being re-homed.
All cats are litter-trained and will be neutered.
