The Rock – All About You is a music event with a difference. A celebration of the Word and an evening of worship through uplifting, spiritually inspirational live music, this concert will feature a number of contemporaryChristian songs performed by what is best described as a highly experienced line-up of artists and musicians.

In fact, the concert’s main feature is none other than the William Mangion Band, who will be joined by other prominent artists such as Nadine Axisa, Phylisienne Brincat and Godwin Lucas, among others. Mangion, a familiar name on the local music scene as both the voice of several popular bands and as a solo artist, is also the event’s producer.

The concert is also aimed at raising money for two causes, with part of the funds collected going to Puttinu Cares and the remainder going towards supportingMangion’s forthcoming placement within Dr Larry Ollison’s ministry in Missouri.

Dr Ollison is the founder and senior pastor of Walk on the Water Faith Church and founder of Larry Ollison Ministries. With over 40 years in the ministry, Dr Ollison is a very popular international speaker and ministers the Word of Faith through radio, TV, internet and daily e-mail devotionals. He has also written five books, among them Breaking the Cycle of Offense and Life is in the Blood.

In a comment, Mangion said he is “naturally very excited about the concert, as it embodies everything that is important in my life – God and music”, adding that it will be an amazing experience to have all the Christian churches in Malta, as well as anyone else who wishes to attend, worshipping together.

“Of course, I’m just as excited about the journey I’m about to embark on, which is a step closer to realising my dream and use the talent God has given me to spread His Word.”
