The main part of the Valletta project is going to be a parliament and there is no turning back on that decision now; it would be ridiculous to attempt to. And it’s looking good in my opinion. I don’t know what kind of changes Joseph Muscat expects from Renzo Piano at this point.

As such people aren’t asking for any particular changes except for a roof on that theatre, and Dr Muscat knows that.

Is he going to put a roof on that theatre, or not? That’s what I would like to know.
