I too become annoyed each time sports programmes on RaiDue are transferred after about 45 minutes to Rai Sports Channel I or II. This change in channels makes it impossible for Go subscribers to continue watching that particular programme.

Like Lara Huber (September 26), I ask what is keeping Go from providing these two Rai sports channels like Melita Cable does.

What amazes me is that in spite of the letters appearing in The Times and in other newspapers, Go has not come up with an explanation.

Is it because their Customer Care has assumed a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude or is it because they are reluctant to admit that their marketing department has been outdone by their counterparts at Melita Cable?
