People Learning is the educational course and continuous professional development wing of People and Co. Human Resources and Recruitment Company.

Recently revamped and relaunched, this training initiative offers a blend of short courses targeted at niche sectors of employment, as well as longer courses which are modular in design.

Many of the most in demand courses are offered by People Learning, such as Prince2 and ITIL – these are state of the art courses widely acknowledged and sought after by industry and leading institutions in Malta and elsewhere around the world. Other courses and services offered are human resource consultancy and IBM-SPSS software.

People and Co. Limited is also the authorised distributor, support and training centre of IBM-SPSS software in Malta and North Africa. It also offers bespoke courses – trainers are sourced from outside the company and carefully selected to put together courses that address clients’ particular needs.

People Learning has just launched an exciting initiative that is relatively new to our shores – development centres. These usually run for a number of days and participants are actively involved in assessing their own and others’, often their colleagues’, behaviour as part of their professional development.

Development centres enable participants to become actively involved in assessing themselves and their own performance and the competences of other participants. Furthermore, participants are given detailed feedback and analysis on their performance. They will also be expected to own the development requirements that have been identified as part of their personal continuous personal development.
