I refer to Go’s recent announcement carried in The Times (March 3). While congratulating Go efforts and promises to raise the internet speed from 14.4Mbps to 21Mbp in the very near future, I also noticed that in the last paragraph of their press release, they added the words “to expand coverage and improve network performance”.

A relative of mine, a Quad client of Go and its ancestors, living in Lija, was very annoyed to read this announcement because for many years he has been compalining about his low internet speed. Although paying for 12Mbps, the interent speed never exceeded 4Mbps and this despite several visits from Go’s technical personnel.

Perhaps Go’s contract with Nokia Siemens would now do something to upgrade his internet speed to an acceptable level.
