An impressive line-up of international speakers has been confirmed for Finance Malta’s seventh annual conference, being held on May 15 at the Hilton Hotel. This year’s chosen theme will be ‘Growth through change and adaptability’.

Keynote speaker Philip Molyneux, professor of banking and finance and dean of the College of Business, Law, Education and Social Science at Bangor University of Wales, will be focusing on the challenges and opportunities for financial service SMEs within the contest of the present economic scenarios.

Other speakers and guests include Economy Minister Chris Cardona; Ghent Law School academic Eddy Wymeersch; Financial Ombudsman adviser David Thomas; CEO of PSA Insurance Edouard de Lamazelle; and former Prime Minister and MEP candidate Alfred Sant.

The key topics to be discussed include consumer protection, anti-money laundering in IT, structured finance in capital markets, and the upcoming European Parliament elections.
