The Fifth International Conference on Concept Mapping will be held in Malta between September 17 and 20, under the auspices of the University and the collaboration of the Institute for Human Machine and Cognition (IHMC), Florida, and the Ministry for Education.

The conference’s main aim is to attract concept mappers from all over the world to showcase and promote research and innovation.

Concept maps convey at a glance how learners are developing their understanding. When working with concept maps in a classroom, teachers and students become aware of what the learners know, whether they have any misconceptions and how well they are developing their understanding.

Concept maps are highly effective in organising knowledge and also to capture, manage, create and transfer information and knowledge.
