A three-year-old boy was among several people who were slightly injured in separate traffic accidents yesterday.

The boy, from St Paul’s Bay, was hit by a car driven by a 40-year-old Bulgarian woman who also lives in the village, police said.

In St Andrew Street, Swieqi, a motorcycle driven by a 23-year-old Italian man collided with a car driven by a 43-year-old man from Pembroke. The motorcyclist’s pillion, an Italian woman, was slightly hurt.

A woman also lost control of her car on Marfa Road, Għadira, and was injured.
