A friend was telling me that, while waiting on the pavement to cross a very busy road, she noticed a distributor, with cigarette in mouth, driving a truck loaded with gas cylinders.

How is it possible there are such irresponsible people?

One also wonders why wardens never manage to catch sight of these offenders.
