I was walking my dog at Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq the other day when I saw an incredible sight: a tent using rocks or anything its occupiers could find to keep it in place. The tent was on the walkway so no one could use it especially if one was, say, pushing a pram.

The area surrounding the tent was full of rubbish, charcoal and another barbecue items. Evidently, those using the tent do not seem to be worried about any consequences. How can they be able to get away with it? This must surely be against the law. It’s a disgrace.
