Belair Property has launched a video on www.belair.com.mt/moving-malta/ showcasing spectacular vistas that can be enjoyed in Malta and Gozo, which has already made its mark on social networking sites. The video includes scenes ranging from St Paul’s Islands, the Valletta breakwater and Mġarr Harbour in Gozo at dawn, crowded Valletta streets and cafés at midday, to Marsamxett at dusk.

Belair managing director Ian Casolani said: “At Belair we aim to go further than just selling people a property. We don’t just hand people the keys and that’s it. For a start, we’re selling Malta, and Malta is far more than what meets the eye right away. In my view, Malta is a multi-layered place, unmatched anywhere else in the Mediterranean. Islands are easy to come by in this sea of ours, but none can offer the safety, stability, business opportunities, cosmopolitan centres, quiet town centres, seaside panoramas and everything else that our tiny set of islands have given us.”

A considerable list of locations was compiled, then tapered down to the most stunning and visually representative of the project.

“We didn’t want just another run-of-the-mill, sand, sea, sun and temples image of Malta. That’s been done before, and Malta offers so much more. That’s exactly what we want to open people’s eyes to; that Malta offers more.

“I’m absolutely certain that this video will achieve that and that people will marvel at these islands’ natural and architectural beauty,” he said.
