I too experienced internet problems as reported by Lino Spiteri in his letter of August 20.
My problems were on the Santa Marija holiday and not on a Sunday as were Spiteri’s.
I called our service provider, was answered promptly by a most efficient lady who guided me through systems to correct the situation and arranged for a technician to call next day to check that all was well. I could not ask for better technical assistance.
The difference between us is that my service provider is Melita and not Go.
