ICT Solutions, an IT and communications technologies systems integrator operating from Malta, has acquired ITS Ltd (Information Technology Services Ltd).

Set up in 1993, ITS is an IT servicing company which focuses on servicing the accounting software requirements of a large number of local companies. It is a Sage Platinum Partner and also deploys Exchequer software in Malta.

ITS managing director Joseph Pullicino said: “This is another important milestone in the history of ITS. Together with Sage, we have over the last 20 years taken bookkeeping in Malta to a next level. Joining forces with ICT Solutions, considered one of the leading IT companies in Malta, allows the company to offer a more complete service to our customers, and this will stimulate the business to continue to grow.”

ICT Solutions managing director Keith Fearne said: “We have come a long way over the last years. We were looking at how to take growth to a next level.
