I refer to the story ‘Labour blow as 15 officials quit since election’ (The Sunday Times of Malta, December 1), and the assertion that in July I resigned as chief of staff in the Education Ministry.
For the record it is pertinent to point out that on April 18 I took up the post of head of the Buildings’ Regulation Office and thus was not chief of staff at the Education Ministry.
During the period March 14 to April 17 I was providing consultancy advisory services to the Ministry of Education and Employment.
