Express buses are meant to be express! Certain bus drivers, driving X-buses, at times stop to embark passengers or to let others alight at bus stops where they are not supposed to be doing so. This is causing an unnecessary loss of time.

I suggest that Transport Malta and Arriva issue a memo to all drivers informing them they are to stop only at those bus stops which are designated as bus stops for the express routes.
