Hilton Malta participated in the fourth edition of the Vivanda International ‘Malta Kulinarja’ competition at the MFCC in Ta’ Qali. The event takes place every two years and this year saw around 300 chefs, both local and foreign, battling it out to impress an array of world-renowned judges. The Hilton team won seven trophies in total out of the eight events they participated in, only falling short during the mystery basket challenge. Hilton Malta constantly strives to encourage its chefs to take advantage of opportunities allowing their creativity to shine and put their culinary skills to the test. Esteemed competitions like the Vivanda ‘Malta Kulinarja’ allow them not only to get the exposure they deserve but also provide insight into the international judging criteria.
