Health Minister Godfrey Farrugia met the Libyan director for primary care this week to discuss the provision of training and support services to Libyan medical centres.

Dr Farrugia highlighted primary care, immunisation and public health as the main areas in need of immediate support across Libya.

Both sides will hold follow-up discussions on implementing support schemes later this year.
