HSBC’s €12.5 million Contact Centre in Swatar, set up to service the bank’s UK customers, has marked five years in operation. The centre employs around 470 people and handles around 65,000 calls from customers every week. It has won group-wide awards for team and individual performance and is dubbed the ‘Best Place to Work’.
