I parked in exactly the same place on five separate occasions and received five citations. I objected to all five.

On the first one I was exonerated. I was unable to defend the second one because of an administrative error by the tribunal staff and consequently fined. On the third and fourth occasions I was also exonerated. On the fifth and final occasion my objection was rejected and I was fined.

The same commissioner made all five decisions!

Had I parked on a sixth occasion I am sure I would have lost my argument. The end result would have been a three-all draw. An honourable and equitable solution for both parties.

A result worthy of the judgment of a Solomon.
