The Debono Group of Companies, which includes Michael Debono Ltd, Debono Commercials, TyreHub, Debono Quality Used Cars Ltd, Debono Fleet Solutions and iMovo Ltd, has acquired Storage Systems Ltd. Storage Systems has been established for 25 years.

The group’s director Michael Debono explained how he planned to continue investing to develop the company: “We are pleased to have acquired a company with a customer culture similar to ours. Storage Systems was built on a solid foundation of customer-first values, based on a motivated team of personnel with multiple years of experience who possess sound knowledge of racking and storage systems. We will be retaining all members of staff and continue to consider the team at Storage Systems as one of the key factors to success.”

“Debono Group is not new to the racking business, having completed some projects locally, most notably a semi-automated distribution warehouse housing in excess of 15,000 pallets. Storage Systems is a strategic addition to the group since it is another step towards achieving our mission to offer better response to customers’ needs.”

He added: “We are very much aware of the tremendous input made by the original three owners, Anthony Bartolo, Anthony Guillaumier and Adrian Mifsud, who placed the company on its successful footing, representing key racking suppliers such as Metalsistem and Dexion.”
