Security cameras have captured a video of a woman claimed to be stealing plants from a stairway leading up to a residence in Qormi.

The video, called The Plant Thief, was yesterday morning uploaded on You Tube with a note saying: “The lady in the video stole my mother’s plants... If you happen to know this lady please contact the police.”

The woman can be seen opening the back door of her car, taking the plants one by one and loading two in the back and one in the front.

A report was filed with the Qormi police.
