I recently reported to our local Melita outlet a minor glitch with their HD receiver.

An appointment was made for one of their engineers to call the following afternoon, at a time most convenient to myself. The morning of the said appointment date I received an automated telephone call confirming that an engineer would call that afternoon and that he would call me when he was on his way, which is exactly what happened.

Wow, no grumbles here. On the contrary, full credit to Melita. Emphasis on Gozo.
