Many cities are losing the fight against illegal graffiti. It is a great disregard for others’ property, private or public.

Graffiti gnaws at the respect of society as well as at law and order. Graffiti could be conceived – at best – as ‘art’ in the wrong place.

The entrance to Valletta is doomed, because of its prime location, to become a preferred place for graffiti. Unfortunately, the culprit escaped but the police have promised (as usual) to do their best.

Watch out Malta for the beginning of this most horrible trend. As a foreign resident I urge you to take severe steps at once to ban graffiti from your most beautiful island.
