Shops at Arkadia commercial centre in Victoria will be opening until 10pm on Friday and Saturday in preparation for carnival. The Arkadia foodstore will also extending its opening hours. McDonald’s at Arkadia will be open day and night on Friday and Saturday and up to 2am next Sunday.
