With more than 175,000 visitors over the four days of the event, Goodwood has established itself as the world’s largest celebration of automotive culture, and the UK’s best place to see the latest motoring marvels and brand new crop of supercars in action from around the world, with a number of significant new models making their debuts. Pierre Vella gives a pictorial account of this year’s supercar edition, which also marked the 50th anniversary of the legendary Jaguar E-Type. This was illustrated by the theme sculpture that stood as centre stage in front of Goodwood House.
