Telecoms company Go recently awarded prizes to the winner and two runners-up of the Royal Malta Golf Club’s Go Golf Tournament. As the club’s communications partner for several years, Go has supported various top-notch events and activities organised by the club.
Winner of the Men’s Go Trophy was Terry Milson and runner-up was Victor Denaro. The winner of the Ladies Go Trophy was Maureen Borg on a countback from Karen Fletcher, who had the same score.
During the prize-awarding ceremony, Go’s chief commercial officer Markus Golder said: “We are delighted to have participated in the upgrading of the Royal Malta Golf Club’s 18-hole golf course and proud to have supported, over a five-year span, the club’s vision of expanding Malta’s only golf course.”
Captain David Debono said the club had benefitted from Go’s upgraded communications services, which were in line with the club’s ongoing drive to improve golfing facilities at large for the benefit of the local golfing community.
