Freda is a calm, friendly female cross-breed in need of homing. Before being brought to the SPCA two years ago, she had been roaming the streets. She was nursed and tamed by volunteers at the shelter and is now in good health, neutered and microchipped.

There are many animals in need of good homes at the SPCA Homing Centre, St Francis Ravelin Street, Floriana. All dogs and puppies are neutered, micro-chipped and inoculated and health checked before being re-homed. All cats are litter trained and will be neutered.

For more details on all the animals available for re-homing visit the SPCA or call home manager, Miriam Casha on 2123 4431. Visit www.spcamalta.org.

Visiting hours are are 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and 10.30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
