The Għargħur local council is today organising a ‘Traditions’ feast in Ferdinand Street and Mons. Luigi Catania Street, Għargħur.

The family event, from 6.30pm onwards, will be complemented by traditional Maltese food, games, drama, għana (Maltese folk music) and more.

A 15-minute account on Għargħur during the war will be given by Battlefront Living History Group at 7pm.

Theatrical group Dwal Ġodda will be staging Nar – Ġrajja ta’ 100 Sena, a theatrical production in Maltese, written and directed by Martin Gauci between 9 and 9.45 pm.
