Ingredients
100g vermicelli
25g carrots
25g green pepper
25g onions
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
25g ham
20g shrimps
20g chicken breast
4 tsps vegetable oil
Method
Leave the vermicelli in warm water (40°C) for half an hour.
Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables, ham and chicken into strips.
Whisk the egg in a bowl. Put four teaspoons of oil in a wok, heat and pour the egg. Add the garlic and the vegetables, followed by the ham, the chicken and the shrimps.
Then add the vermicelli and cook all together for two minutes.
