Frank Salt Real Estate staff ended another successful year in style with their annual Christmaslunch held at the Phoenicia Hotel in Floriana on December 19.

The ballroom housed Frank Salt, the company founder, his children and directors as well as the 175-strong employee contingent.

As per tradition, the annual awards were given out to the top performers across the company in recognition of their contribution to the company during the year. In addition, the annual team video challenge was a highlight of the afternoon and was hotly contested among the company’s branches and support teams.

This year, the Marketing, Finance and Home Interiors team took top honours with their Maltese rendition of Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs.

The Christmas party is a highlight of the company’s calendar of events. Social activities play an important role in the culture of the company.  Staff members come together at the end of a busy and successful year to unwind and spend time together.

“We had a packed venue and this goes to show how much we are growing. Our team is composed of over one 175 employees and still growing,” said Frank Salt chief operating officer Darren De Domenico.

“We are like one big family and parties are a much-loved part of who we are.”
